Section 55A
who can give warning
If any civil servant does not follow the time, if he does not obey the orders given by the employee above him in matters related to government work, or if he is careless or late in the work related to the office, the relevant supervisor may issue a warning to such employee and the record should be kept in the personal details file of the concerned employee.
